Terms of Service

By creating an account, joining a Telegram sign-in flow, or otherwise accessing Crowd442 (“we”, “us”, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

Crowd442 is restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years old and legally permitted to participate in skill-based prediction contests in their jurisdiction. We may ask you to verify your age and identity before you can enter contests or withdraw funds, and we may suspend accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

Each round asks you to predict outcomes across a fixed set of football questions for a published entry fee. Entries are final once a round’s window closes and are scored against official results using the rules published for that round. Prize pools, qualification thresholds, and payout tiers are displayed before you submit an entry.

We reserve the right to void or adjust a round in cases of demonstrable error, data-provider mistakes, fraud, or collusion, and to correct scoring mistakes discovered after settlement.

Funds you deposit are held in your Crowd442 wallet and may be used to enter contests or withdrawn to a verified bank account, subject to identity verification (KYC), anti-fraud checks, and any limits described in the app. Withdrawal requests are processed once your account has passed the required verification tier. We do not pay interest on wallet balances.

You may not use bots or automation to gain an unfair advantage, create multiple accounts to circumvent limits, launder funds through the wallet, or attempt to manipulate match data or scoring. Violations may result in forfeiture of entries or winnings, account suspension, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

The Platform is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free match data, or that any particular contest will run as scheduled. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crowd442 is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, are inactive for an extended period, or are required to be closed by law, and will return any withdrawable wallet balance owed to you where legally possible.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Platform or applicable law. Material changes will be highlighted in the app, and continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
